Extremely courteous ,warm and friendly staff. Very helpful . They go out of the way to help you. Special mention of Mr. Joshi,Mr. Negi and the person from Uttarakhand who looked after breakfast and restaurant ( Sorry, don't know his name)

We booked a deal which made it very good value for money. Staff was friendly, room was nice. Bed seemed clean and tea, toiletries (even toilet paper), etc. were provided. Room had also a chair and table to sit and you could order food from the restaurant. They do accept foreigners and were friendly.

All good, staff friendly and helpful, location ok, good breakfast buffet & dinner also good. Room was a decent size and had android tv, which took a bit of setting up but worked. Bottled water, tea & coffee provided in the room.

Rooms are clean as well as linens. Definitely worth the price paid for the room . Hotel lobby area & environment is great for business travelers.Located in the center of the city- alkapuri food was really yummy staff was very polite and helpful. thanks veronica management keep it up continue👍🏻

Food and check in / check out experience was too good. I was a bit late for check out and the front desk was supportive
